Job Description:
Job Purpose
· Conducts routine analytical testing as well as method development and validation.
· Supports/performs compliance tasks and assigned calibration and maintenance activities for both laboratory equipment and the laboratory quality system.
· Performs routine testing and experiments of moderate complexity with minimal supervision
· Schedules and organises assigned activities efficiently
· Trains associates on analytical methods and instrumentation within their area of expertise
· Participates in method development and validation
· Supports and operates within the requirements of the Novartis Quality System and HSE regulations
· Demonstrates desired Novartis Values and Behaviors
· Assesses data generated versus specification and known trends.
· Demonstrates a basic understanding of method validation requirements.
· Current knowledge of chemical and Analytical sciences is desirable.
· Good communication skills.
· Computational skills.
· Sound working knowledge of Computers.
· Ability to think logically and draw valid conclusions.
Candidate Profile
M.Sc. / M.Pharm with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. Ph.D. with at least 3 year of relevant experience. India Fluent written and spoken English required M.Sc. / M Pharm with at least 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. Ph.D. with at least 3 year of relevant experience.
