Job Description
- Support the Brand team in developing Brand Plans & Marketing Programs
- Developing HCP Communication & In Market execution excellence
- Conceptualize and develop Communication for Activations. Leverage Digital / technology platforms to improve the Quality of Customer Interaction. Drive Activations.
- Individually drive a few Strategic/tactical campaigns on the Brand.
- Work close with external and internal stake holders to create new insightful communications(s)
- Support all the relevant research & Brand Health Panel: Nielsen/SSA/Cmarc/ other Brand Measures
- Tracking all Marketing Program KPIs/ ROI
Closely work with the Ethical Sales team to ensure qualitative and quantitative execution of marketing programs.
Candidate Profile
Life science Graduate (B. Pharm / B.Sc) with MBA in Marketing from reputed Institutes
Approximately 4 years’ experience with atleast 2 years in product management of reputed pharma brands
Experience on Ethical marketing of pediatric / nutritional portfolio would be an added advantage
