Established in 2002, CIPT & AHS is the second-oldest self-financing pharmacy institute in West Bengal. The institute offers M.Pharm programmes in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, as well as B.Pharm and D.Pharm programmes. CIPT & AHS is committed to providing a supportive teaching and learning environment, with well-developed infrastructure and facilities. Its B.Pharm programme is NBA-accredited for the academic periods 2023–24 to 2025–26 and 2026–27 to 2029. The institute has also received a Grade B in the QCI-NABET ranking for 2026–27 to 2030–31.
