ECHS, Ministry of Defence invites application from Pharmacists

ECHS invites application to engage following Medical, Para Medical & Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS polyclinics located at Madikeri, BRV Bangalore, Mangalore, Shimoga, Virajpet & Whitefield for a period of one year renewable for additional period of one year subject to performance of candidates/other conditions according to the criteria as mentioned against each post. The contractual period wef 01/04/2027 onwards is subject to manning documents for FY 2027-2028.

Post : Pharmacist

No of posts : 05 (Madikeri-01, BRV Bangalore-01, Mangalore-01, Shimoga-01, Virajpet-01)

Qualification :
(i) B Pharmacy from a recognized institute.
or
(i) 10+2 with Science stream (physics, Chemistry, Biology) from a recognized board
and
(ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an Institute recognized by the Pharmacy council of India and registered as pharmacist under the Pharmacy Art 1948.
Minimum 03 years experience

Salary : Rs. 36,500/-

Age Limit : 56 year

Preference will be given to the Ex-servicemen and Widows of service personnel including war widows (Veer Nari) within the ambit of Govt instrs.

Last date for receipt of application as per format is 02/11/2026. Applications as per requisite format along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of Educational Qualifications and Work Experiences will be submitted to OIC ECHS Cell, Station Cell, Cubbon Road Bangalore-560001 by 02/ll/2026(1400h). Any application received after 02/11/2026 (1400h) will not be accepted.

Interview & Written/Practical Test Date, Timing & Venue. Only shortlisted Candidates will be called for Interview & Written/Practical Tests (as applicable for the respective posts given) will be held on 10 & 11 November 2026 at Station Cell, Cubbon Road Bangalore between 0900h to 1500h. #Written Test and Interview, @only interview. $Written, Interview & Practical Test.
