Ayurveda Regional Research Institute, Mandi, initially started as survey unit of CCRAS at Joginder Nagar (H.P.) in July, 1970 was upgraded as Regional Research Centre (Ay.) in 1972. In 1983, it was transferred from Joginder Nagar to District Headquarter Mandi and in 1999, it was again upgraded as Regional Research Institute (Ay.) Mandi.

Qualification & Experience
Essential: Diploma in Pharmacy/D.Pharm. (Ay.) from recognised university/institution with two year experience in recognised Ayurvedic hospital or B.Pharm. (Ay.).

Age limit : Not exceeding 27 years (Relaxation as per govt. of India rules)

Scale of Pay : PB – 1 (Rs. 5200-20200) + GP Rs. 2800

Terms and Conditions:
1. Posts are temporary but likely to be continue. Fresh appointees shall be governed by New Pension Scheme.
2. Selected candidates will be on probation for two years, which may be extended at the discretion of the competent authority.
3. The posts carry all India Transfer liability and candidates must be ready to serve in any peripheral Institute/Centre/Units of the council.
4. Age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2018.Age relaxation will be admissible as per Central govt rule in force.
5. Experience will be reckoned as on the last date of receipt of the application.
6. The applications must be received in this Institute within 45 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News.
7. Person already in service must submit their application through proper channel. While forwarding applications of in service candidates, Head of the Institution should certify that the applicant is free from Administrative and Vigilance angle and that no vigilance proceeding is pending or contemplated. Photocopies of ACRS dossier of the candidates for the last five years may also be forwarded along with the application in sealed cover.
8. After scrutiny of applications, the eligible candidates will be called for written examination with intimation of date of exam.
9. Late application/incomplete applications and copies of academic qualification, experience, age, Caste and medical certificates of persons differently abled, if not self attested, will be summarily rejected
10. Selection will be based on the performance in Written test.
11. Canvassing in any form by or on behalf of any candidate or bringing political or other outside influence with regard to selection/ recruitment/posting will disqualify the candidate.
