Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow/ Project Associate-I on a purely contractual basis to work on the ANRF funded Advanced Research Grant (ARG) project (Grant Ref. No.: ANRF/ARG/2025/001565/CS), titled “Rational Design and Development of Earth-abundant Iron-based Catalysts for Sustainable Borylation”, sanctioned to Dr. Chandrakanta Dash, Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, Central University of Rajasthan.
Post : Junior Research Fellow / Project Associate-I (1 post; contract basis)
Tenure of the position : One year from the date of appointment (with a possibility of extension based on the candidate’s performance and availability of funds)
Essential Qualification : M.Sc. Chemistry/Inorganic/Organic (minimum 55% or equivalent CGPA).
Valid NET-JRF/GATE/NET required for JRF.
Desirable : Working experience in the area of synthetic Organic/Inorganic Chemistry
Age limit : As per ANRF norms
Consolidated salary (per month) : JRF – ₹37,000 + HRA | Project Associate-I – ₹31,000 + HRA

The Date of the Interview will be notified separately. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. The interview will be held in the Department of Chemistry at the Central University of Rajasthan Campus. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates appearing for the interview.
Upon receiving the appointment letter, the selected candidate must join in person at the Central University of Rajasthan for the fellowship to take effect. Notably, original mark sheets and relevant certificates of educational qualification of the selected candidate will be verified prior to offering the position.
