Job Description
• Ensure projects are kicked off appropriately and required information defining the scope of the project is properly identified.
• Ensure that a project schedule encompassing project scope and associated details is accurately developed and regularly maintained.
• Understand project delivery strategy, costing assumptions and resulting budget for assigned projects.
• Ensure effective communication of project timelines, status and needs to all project team members and stakeholders typically per weekly teleconferences and associated meeting minutes.
• Communicate timeline and scope change concerns to management.
• Monitor project scope, schedule and costs to ensure all remain on track with the contract and with financial performance targets.
• Initiate and implement appropriate actions to proactively manage the change control process both internally and externally.
• Lead weekly meetings with partners to keep projects on schedule and focused on timely completion of established goals.
• Support sANDS supplement filings for DINs.
