In the light of campaign director, National Health Mission, Jharkhand, Ranchi's letter no. 2463 (MD) dated 24.08.2021, under the District Health Committee Latehar under National Health Mission, Jharkhand, the contract / contract based para workers and other block / district level posts mentioned below. Applications are invited from the local residents of the district through registered post/speed post for selection/appointment on the vacant (backlog) posts in the following manner.

Essential/Desired Qualification & Experience :
• Ayurvedic Compounder- Diploma in Ayurvedic pharmacy from recognized institute.
• Unani compounder- Diploma in Unani pharmacy from recognized institute
• Homeopathic compounder-Diploma in Homeopathic pharmacy from recognized institute
Remuneration (Per Month Approximate) : Rs.10,000/-
Application fee : Rs.400/- for general category applicants for each post, Rs.200/- for SC/ST applicants, it will be mandatory to attach a demand draft of Rs.200/- with the application form. The demand draft will be payable by the designation of Civil Surgeon, Latehar and the payable branch will be Latehar. For more than one post, the applicant will have to attach separate application form and it will be mandatory to submit the application fee separately for each post. But the application for the same post under different units will not be accepted. Also, if the written/efficiency test is conducted on the same date as decided by the selection committee, then in case the applicant submits application for more than one post, the claim of conducting a separate examination for the second post will not be valid. In case of submission of application for more than one post, it will be mandatory to mention it in the application form.
Selection Conditions :
1. Application form will be accepted only by Registered Post/Speed Post.
2. The employees to be appointed will not be employed, but they will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium on the basis of contract.
3. It will be mandatory for the applicant to attach an Indemnity Bond with the representation to the effect that they will not claim for regular appointment after appointment on contract / contract basis.
4. The contract will be admissible for one year, as per requirement it can be extended in one year each on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal. Departmental instructions regarding extension of contract will have to be complied with. If the work is not satisfactory, the contract can be terminated by giving one month notice / one month advance honorarium.
5. Candidates who will submit the CGPA Score Card for Educational Qualification will also attach the CGPA Conversion Chart along with the Mark Sheet. The applicant has to attach self-attested photocopies of all educational and technical certificates (with two additional passport size photographs) along with his/her application.
6. Also, it will be mandatory to enclose a plain envelope with postage stamp of Rs.25/- on which the address of correspondence will be mentioned along with the application.
7. The decision of the District Selection Committee, Latehar in the appointment process will be final and binding.
8. The selection committee reserves the right to amend the conditions of the advertisement / cancel the advertisement as per the requirement. No personal correspondence/contact will be entertained in connection with the appointment.
9. In order of selection/appointment against vacancies, the reservation roster of Latehar district will be followed by the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Jharkhand.
10. In order of appointment, the local policy will be followed in the light of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language Department's Memorandum No. 5938 dated 14.07.2016, Memorandum 5939 dated 14.07.2016 and in the light of the above notification, only the local residents of Latehar district belong to the third and third category of the district cadre. Will be eligible for recruitment on the vacancies of class IV posts.
11. If the information given by the applicant in the application / certificate attached with the application is found to be false / false, the candidature of the applicant can be canceled at any stage and legal action can be taken against the applicant as per rules.
Selection Process :
1. Candidates will be selected on the basis of Educational/Technical Qualification/Scores in Written Test/Performance Test/Counseling/Interview etc (as applicable). Which will be determined as per the departmental instructions / as per the decision of the District Selection Committee. The District Selection Committee will reserve the right to amend the determination of the merit list / selection list.
2. Experience Certificate Only the work experience certificate issued by the government/recognized medical institutes will be valid.
3. The finally prepared selection/waiting list will be published on the notice board of the office of Civil Surgeon/Deputy Commissioner. As per the requirement, the information will also be given on the newspaper / website of Latehar district.

Applicants can send the application complete in all respects in a closed envelope through registered post / speed post to the above mentioned address. On sending/submitting the application form in any other office, his/her application will automatically be treated as canceled. Advertisement number and full details of the post applied for and post code will have to be mentioned on the top of the envelope. If the information of the post applied for is not mentioned, the application concerned will be rejected.
