Job Description:
• Manage a team of Software Engineers & Tech Leads working on Big Data Reporting & Big Data ETL projects
• Ensure that team is meeting the deadlines of project deliveries
• Resolve any challenges/ roadblocks the team is facing to meet project deadlines
• Mentor the team & ensure that software engineers are adhering to best practices
• Help the team to understand the project requirements & provide clarifications as needed
• Test the project deliverables to ensure that team is delivering with 100% quality
• Run daily stand up calls with customers & development team
• Collaborate with a team of Business Architects & help them to write queries to test the reports created per the business requirements document. Collaborate with other teams in operations to understand the requirements as needed
• Project(s) Management, schedule tracking, report statistics
• Resource planning and allocation, Managing priorities
• Manage and Mentor cross functional teams
• Deliver within agreed service levels, times and budget

Candidate Profile
• 8 to 9 years experience overall
• 3 years experience in Project Management, Handling customers
• Skills in SQL, Java, Unix, BI/Reporting Tools, Data Warehousing & ETL knowledge
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Customer convincing skills
• Hands on experience on Excel, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft PowerPoint
