- Team leadership Experience – team size of 25+ for greater than a year

- Pharmaceutical experience is desirable but not necessary

To coordinate the work of the team to deliver quality service required by the client in accordance with agreed business plans.
PROCESSES: Clinical Trials Process in Pharma
Responsibilities/Authorities:
- Manage Internal Operations for Accenture
- Ensure that the SDL is informed on operational issues (Metric performance, attrition)
- Manage stakeholders (Client, Accenture team, management) effectively
- Ensuring that the team meets defined service metrics (SLA) : Accuracy, Timelines and Productivity
- Ensure key processes are managed effectively – recruitment, performance management, Metrics reporting, invoice, escalation etc.
- Manage support processes (Invoice, MIS reports etc) efficiantly
- Provide feedback to improve performance of process / individuals where required
- Effectively coach or counsel team on managing the process
- Drive & manage different processes required operationally: Viz: Recruiting process, Employee engagement, Employee idea process, Training etc.
- Demonstrate Good Leadership skills with ability to communicate effectively.
- Develop and implement a continuous improvement programme to increase efficiency & reduce costs
Education & Experience:
- Graduate Degree is a must
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience
