Openings for Pharmacists under Directorate of Medical Education and Research

Applications are invited from the qualified candidates in the prescribed format for the competitive examination for filling up the vacant posts of Group C Nursing, Technical and Technical cadres under the Government Medical/Dental/Ayurveda/Homeopathic/College and affiliated hospitals under the Department of Medical Education and Drugs, Ministry of Health and Mental Health Center Department. Candidate's educational qualification, details of posts, constitutional reservation as per government rules, and parallel reservation, post wise syllabus of competitive examination and guidelines for applying etc. are mentioned in the brochure.

Pharmacist

Pay S-10 : Rs. 29200-92300
Education Qualification : 1) Have passed H.S.C or any other equivalent examination recognized by Govt. AND
2) Possess a Diploma or degree in Pharmacy or recognized University if institute Statutory University or a Diploma in Pharmacy of a State Govt. AND
3) Have valid registration under the Pharmacy ACT1948

Mixer Post
No of posts : 10
Pay S-10 : Rs. 29200-92300
Education Qualification : 1) A candidate have passed the secondary school certificate examination or equivalent exam.
2) Possess experience of dispensing medicine for not less than one year in a recognized Ayurvedic/Homoeopathic/Unani hospitals/dispensary or not less than 2 years in a dispensary run by private vaidya/doctor/hakim as the case may be registered under Maharashtra act 1961/ the Bombay Homoeopathic practitioners act 1959 as the case may be.
3) Preference will be given to the candidates who possess a diploma in pharmacy of Statutory University


Age Limit
SC/ST: 05 years relaxation, OBC: 03 years relaxation
The age limit should be minimum 18 years to maximum 38 years as per government rules.
Age Relaxation: 43 years for backward class, 45 years for project victims, 45 years for ex-servicemen, 50 years for government employees and 55 years for part-time candidates have been given relaxation in age limit. The maximum age limit for disabled candidates will be 45 years and 5 years relaxation age limit has been decided for sportsmen.

Examination fee
1) Unreserved (unreserved) Rs.1000/-
2) Backward Class/Economically Weaker Section/Orphan - 900/-
3) In addition to the above examination fees, bank charges and taxes payable thereon will be additional,
4) Exam fee is non-refundable.
5) The recruitment fee will not be refunded to the candidate if the recruitment process is suspended/arrested for any reason.

1. Candidate has to fill in the below mentioned details to receive the User ID and Password.
2. Candidate will receive the User ID and Password on the registered email address and or on the registered mobile number. Overseas candidates will receive both User ID and Password on registered email address.
3. Candidate can login with the User ID and Password to complete the application form for Govt Form.
4. Candidate must provide Correct Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number and Email Address as these details cannot be changed once the registration is completed.
