National Health Mission, Department of Health, Wardha District under various programs Pharmacist vacancies and newly sanctioned total. The recruitment process is being implemented on contractual basis and applications are invited from eligible candidates as per the table below.

Salary : Rs. 17000/- Per Month
Advertisement is being published for the above sanctioned posts for net salary posts. However, interested candidates should submit their application and certificates in original and attested photocopies of the above.
Terms & Conditions
1) Candidate's age should not be less than 18 years and not more than the maximum age limit as on the last date of receipt of applications as per Government Decision dated 25th April 2016 of General Administration Department, Ministry of Mumbai. Age limit for the post of MBBS, Specialist, and Superspecialist should not exceed 70 years (38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category) relaxation up to 5 years for candidates working in the service of National Health Mission. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
Direct Interview:- The following scoring system will be followed for filling the posts of Super Specialist, Specialist, Medical Officer (MBBS) through direct interview.

A. For Govt. Experience -2 Marks for One Year
B. For Private Experience - Marks for one year
Total marks - 50
2) Interested candidates for the above posts along with application form “District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Wardha”. Nationalized bank draft of Rs.150/- for open category and Rs.100/- for backward category (non-refundable) payable in this behalf. Also write your own name in your own handwriting behind the check. 3) A.No. 1st to 10th post along with the application given in the sample advertisement and face to face interview on second and fourth Tuesday of every month Hon. Chief Executive Officer Zilla Parishad, Wardha will be taken into custody. Registration for interview should be done in the office of District Program Manager National Health Mission Cell, Health Department Zilla Parishad, Wardha between 10th to 11th.
3) Preference will be given to female candidates as all posts of male category are filled.
4) The posts in the advertisement are not regular posts of the state government and the said posts are purely contractual posts. There will be no tenure on the said post. Also, government service rules will not be applicable for these posts. Also, the applicant will not have the right to be included in the regular government service or to claim service protection through the government or the same.
5) The above posts are on contract basis and the appointment will be for 11 months and 29 days. Consolidated remuneration will be paid per month for the said contract posts. Also further reappointment (for a period of 11 months 29 days) will be based on your performance appraisal.
6) The age specified in the advertisement will be accepted up to the last date of application and also the educational qualification, experience and registration certificate will be accepted up to the last date of application.
7) Detailed advertisement, list of eligible/ineligible candidates, selection/waiting list and all information/instructions regarding the recruitment process will be published from time to time on the website of National Health Mission, Zilla Parishad Wardha District www.zpwardha.in No separate letter will be dealt with the applicant. ,
8) In case candidates of reserved category are not available in sufficient quantity keeping in mind the requirement of recruitment in place of vacant posts and keeping in mind the fact that the mission is to implement the National Health Mission within the time limit, the eligible candidates from the open category selected in the waiting list will be appointed on a temporary basis till the candidates of that category are available.
9) The waiting list for the said post will remain approved for the next 12 months and after the completion of the recruitment process, in the future, if there is a vacancy due to the resignation of an employee, appointment orders will be given to the candidate in the waiting list without conducting a fresh recruitment process.
10) In front of the post, Remuneration is a consolidated remuneration and no other allowances will be payable in addition to this.
11) If the concerned posts are rejected by the Central/State Government, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice and no complaint and lien will be entertained in this regard. The selected candidates will be given priority posting on the basis of merit number in the selection list. If any pressure is used on the candidates in this regard, the said candidate will be disqualified.
12) Selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs.100/- on bond paper while joining the post regarding acceptance of the terms of the contract. Also, it will be mandatory to join within 7 days of receiving the appointment order otherwise their appointment order will be terminated and the next candidates in the waiting list will be appointed.
13) Applicants should enter their current mobile number and e-mail ID correctly on their application form. Also, care should be taken that it remains in good condition till the recruitment process is completed. The candidate applying for the said posts must be a resident of Maharashtra state.
14) Selection process will be of total 100% marks.
15) 50% of the total posts will be waiting list.
16) While selecting according to the above merit list, the category wise merit list of the candidates will be prepared and accordingly the appointment order will be issued to the candidates.
17) For the posts for which skill test has been made mandatory, the qualified candidate will be subjected to skill test at the district level before the order of appointment is issued.
18) The concerned officer shall be responsible for checking and ensuring all necessary original certificates, educational qualification certificates and other necessary documents before admitting the candidates ordered to be appointed under both the above methods.
The deadline for accepting applications for the mentioned sanctioned posts is dt. 26/05/2023 onwards till 05/06/2023 from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (excluding holidays) and applications received after 05/06/2023 will not be considered for recruitment process. Applications received through e-mail will not be considered.
