Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society - T.B. Applications are invited to fill the following vacancies on contract basis for Thane Municipal Corporation, Thane National Tuberculosis Eradication Program.

Salary : Rs 17000 / - + 2584 from Municipal Corporation = 19584 / - per month
Qualification : B. Pharm / D.Pharm 1 Year Experience

Terms and Conditions:
1. The posts proposed above will be filled on a combined salary.
2. The candidate should write the application on A4 size paper and mention the following Barbie in it.
A. The post for which the candidate has applied should be clearly mentioned in the application. B. Full name of the applicant, correspondence address, telephone / mobile number, email id.
C. Date of birth (attach birth certificate or school leaving certificate),
D. Caste certificate.
E. Educational Qualification Certificate.
F. Certificate of experience.
G. Attach passport size photo with the application. Candidates in Government / Semi-Government service are required to attach No Objection Certificate of the concerned office. It is the sole responsibility of the candidate to submit all the documents on within the stipulated time. Also, if the documents are not submitted within the prescribed time, the subsequent documents will not be accepted. Only eligible candidates will be called for interview after scrutinizing the applications of the candidates.

3. Self attested copies of all the above certificates should be attached with the application.
4. All decisions made by the Society regarding the appointment shall be final.
5. As the service contract of the appointed employees is contracted, no claim can be made on the establishment of the corporation.
6. The Corporation reserves the right to make partial changes in the posts published in the advertisement, increase or decrease in the total and cadre wise structure of the posts as well as screen the candidate by adopting appropriate method at any stage of the selection process. No complaint or claim can be made to the candidate in this regard.
7. An applicant will be disqualified from the selection process if he / she directly or indirectly puts political or other pressure on the Chairman, members and officials of the selection committee to select him / her.
8. Information provided by the candidates at any time after the commencement of the selection process or appointment. Selection of a candidate if it is found that the documents have been submitted falsely or the true information has been withheld. The appointment will be canceled immediately.
9. If no candidate from the reserved category is received for the post, the open category candidate will be appointed for the next 11 months.
10. The age limit for employees working under the National Health Mission will be relaxed for 5 years.
11. At the time of appointment, the candidate is required to provide a Police Verification Certificate stating that there is no criminal case or serious court case against him.
