• Expertise in analytical method development, method optimization, method validations, resolution of analytical issues and analytical method transfers.
• Work plan management & utilization of resources efficiently.
• Plan and perform common analytical instruments and tests in the laboratory.
• Build detailed method development plans using systems structure, assigning resources and timelines.
• Review and compilation of analytical data and reports.
• Ensuring equipment/lnstruments calibrations as per the schedule. Maintenance of chemical/equipment, Reference standards as per the procedures and following all GLP and GMP norms.
• Attend weekly/monthly team meetings/technical meetings to discuss and update the project status & keep them informed about delays and reporting the progress of projects.

Project Management Role (Pharm Division) Assistant Manager /Deputy Manager

Key skills Required
• Perform project kick-offs to assign core team members, identify stakeholders and generate project plan.
• Build detailed Project Plans using Work breakdown structure, assigning resources and timelines.
• Prepare project budgets, manage budget approvals, communicate costs / manage stakeholder for cost expectations and Develop cost plan for phase wise.
• Arrange weekly/monthly Core team meetings to discuss and update the project status & keep them informed about delays and reporting the progress of projects to management.
• Assess the requirement and availability of KSMs and other critical raw materials for production; regularly follow up with SCM and QC for ensuring availability of same on shop- floor.
• Coordination with CFT around for quick resolution of issues during execution of project, coordinating with other team members for smooth information transfer and seamless follow up.
• Critical path identifications and coordinating with other team members, ensure critical paths are not impacted during process execution.
• Responsible for updating the team on project progress and completion of project.
• Coordination with CFT for commercial launch activities
