Job Description
About the role
The position is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting an effective regulatory compliance program for healthcare products & services at Flipkart group companies. He/She should have an analytical & innovative mindset for a fast-evolving domain of health-tech space.
Job Responsibility
1. Analyzing the preparedness and readiness of a facility for any audits/requirements as per Good distribution practices(GDP) or concerned regulatory authority.
2. Formulating and implementation of policies and SOP as per the defined standards and guidelines like D&C Act/Rule, Medical Device Rule, etc.
3. Regular performance review of quality and clinical objectives/targets/metrics to ensure its suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness for internal teams as well as business partners.
4. Data Analysis to draw conclusions from data(Error Analysis and Root Cause Conduct RCA’s / CAPA/studies to identify reason for customer dissatisfaction/process failure and suggest actions) and regular reporting.
5. Planning, organizing, and controlling the complete audit process of vendor partners and distribution channels PAN India. Establishing, implementing & maintaining QA framework across processes.
6. Planning and setting up warehouses with an operational and regulatory perspective.
Candidate Profile
• B.Pharm/ M.Pharm /BDS/MBBS
• Analytical mindset, problem solving skills, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective innovative leadership ability
