Job Description
Enhance and manage achievement of the sales and collection of targets of the State, monitoring timely and correcting Secondary and Tertiary invoicing of supplies to Key accounts.
• Enable sales in target accounts by influencing key opinion leaders through P2P meetings, CMEs and Live Work shops and preparing documentation to establish benefits of Baxter products and services.
• Manage and implement the marketing and communication program.
• Competition mapping – gather and analyze competitor pricing, sales data, changes in product positioning, and recommend counter tactic and barrier
• Increase Market penetration, Usage, Awareness amongst specialist like cardiothoracic surgeons, Neurosurgeons, Cardiovascular surgeons, Plastic surgeons, Ophthalmic surgeons, GI surgeons etc.
• Ensure convenient availability of Baxter’s products and services to customers through distributor and Managing and monitoring their stock, supply and service.
• Co-ordination with Area Sales Manager/ Sales Manager and to provide the monthly rolling forecast for the product line.
• Follow up with purchase departments of the key accounts for procurement of orders.
• Appointment & management distributor. Establish process for purchase and dispensing of drugs at State hospital and district hospital level.
• Market Mapping – Track & gather market data. Suggest and implement programs to prepare markets for expansion of usage, options/modalities.
• Expand usage through clinical programs like CMEs and Peer to peer programs/ live Workshops in teaching Institutes
Desired Skills and Experience:
B.Pharma/ B.Sc with 3+ years of experience in an established pharmaceutical/ healthcare Company. Particularly Devise Company
• Operation theater (OT) experience is a must
• Basic understanding of Human physiology will be an advantage
• Experience in handling large territories of Karnataka
