Under National Health Mission Jharkhand, District Health Committee Ranchi invites applications from candidates having desired qualifications and eligibility for the posts of ANM Staff Nurse / Lab Technician / Counselor / Pharmacist and other following posts on contract basis (including backlock). Note : 10th class pass certificate/mark sheet will be considered as a valid document for determining the age of the candidate.

Application Process :
Applicants must check all the information and instructions carefully before filling the online application form to avoid any error while applying.
Step I - Eligible candidates can apply online by visiting https://150.241.245.223/SPC/.
Step II - Online applications will start from 07.03.2025 at 05:00.
Step III - Last date for submission of online applications is 02.04.2025 upto 12:00 PM.
Step IV - Applicant has to register while filling the application form. They have to fill their basic details like first name, last name, email id, mobile number, category and the post they are applying for.
Step – After registration applicants have to check their email id for login password.
Step VI – After registration applicants have to visit the website again and login again with the credentials shared in the email.
Step VII – Applicants have to fill the personal details available on the dashboard very carefully.
Step VIII – Applicants have to submit educational details as per the eligibility criteria of the post they are applying for.
Step IX – Applicants have to submit employment details as per the eligibility of the posts.
Step X – Applicants have to submit photo and signature as per the prescribed format.
Step XI – Applicants have to pay fee for the post they are applying for.
Step XII – After completing all the steps, candidates have to click on the submit button available on their dashboard to finally submit the application.

Fee Payment (Online) :
1.All applicants are required to pay non-refundable application fee as per details given below.
* General/OBC/EWS : Rs. 400/-
* SC/ST/Female All Categories : Rs. 300/-
GST/Bank transaction charges for online payment of application fee/intimation charges are to be borne by the candidate. Please note that DHS, Ranchi does not ask for any payment other than the mentioned application fee.

3. Payment can be made using Debit Card (Rupay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Card, Internet Banking or (UPI Google Pay/Phone Pay or any other).

6. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated.
7. Non-generation of e-receipt indicates payment failure. In case of payment failure, candidates are advised to login again using their last registration number and password and repeat the payment process.
8. All charges for credit card users are listed in Indian Rupees. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on the prevailing exchange rates.

10. Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form containing the fee details.

Admit Card and Exam :
After the last date of application form, we will inform you about the dates of admit card release and exam on the email ID provided by you while applying.

Terms of Contract
1. Candidates for the above posts will be selected for 1 year contract based post. As per requirement, the contract period can be extended for 1 year every year based on the evaluation of the work of the selected candidates.
2. The contract of the candidates selected on contract basis can be terminated by District Health Committee Ranchi by giving 1 month advance notice or by paying 1 month's honorarium without giving any reason.
3. The candidates selected on contract basis will be paid honorarium as determined by the State Government. Apart from this, they will not be entitled to any facility/allowance as per the facility/allowance given to permanent employees by the State Government.
4. Candidates selected on contract basis will not be able to claim permanent service in future.
