Banaras Hindu University is an internationally reputed temple of learning, situated in the holy city of Varanasi. This creative and innovative university was founded by the great nationalist leader, Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya, in 1916, through close cooperation with great personalities like Dr Annie Besant, who viewed it as the University of India. Job Description : Candidates with strong interest and working experience in Organic Synthesis and Nanotechnology may apply. Preference will be given to those candidates having sound knowledge background in the area.
Essential Qualification : Master's degree or equivalent degree in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry and its allied subjects with 55% marks and passing of NET/LS or GATE test.
Age limit : 28 yrs
Age Relaxation : The Upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes/OBC, women and physically handicapped candidates.
Fellowship : Rs. 37,000/- p.m plus HRA
