All-India Institute of Medical Sciences was established as an institution of national importance by an Act of Parliament with the objects to develop patterns of teaching in Undergraduate and Post-graduate Medical Education in all its branches so as to demonstrate a high standard of Medical Education in India; to bring together in one place educational facilities of the highest order for the training of personnel in all important branches of health activity; and to attain self-sufficiency in Post-graduate Medical Education.
Post : Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical) (01 Post)
Applications are invited for the following temporary posts in ICMR funded research project titled “An integrative approach using genomics and tissue proteomics to identify potential biomarkers for precision medicine in Pheochromocytomas and Paragangliomas (PROJECT CODE: 1-1819)” in the Department of Endocrinology & Metabolism, AIIMS New Delhi.
Essential Qualification : First Class Postgraduate degree, including the integrated PG degrees OR Second-class PG degree, including the integrated PG degrees with PhD
Desirable
1. First class M.Sc. degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Molecular Medicine / Human Genetics + CSIR-UGC NET/DBT/ICMR or other national level exam qualified
2. Two-Year hands-on experience in PCR, Sanger sequencing, NGS, genomic data analysis, protein purification and western blotting
3. Experience of working with human samples.
Maximum Age : 35 Years on last date of application
Salary : Rs 56000 + 30% HRA
