Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Council
Marks determined for selection process
1. Percentage of marks obtained in educational qualification – 65 marks
2. Interview/Skill Test 20 marks
3. Experience - 10/15 marks (Maximum 15 marks at the rate of 3 marks per year will be given for experience to candidates working in NHM and maximum 10 marks will be given to other candidates.)
Contract period / salary fixation
1. This appointment will be made on contract basis till 31st March 2025, the service period can be increased if the work is found satisfactory. The process of increase in contract service period will be done only on the basis of approval in the ROP received from the Government of India.
2. During the contract service period, a lump sum contract salary and other amount will be payable every month as per the provisioned ROP, apart from this no other type of allowance / facility will be payable.
3. In case the work of the selected officer / employee is not found satisfactory, the service can be terminated at any time by the employer by giving one month's advance notice or one month's salary or the officer / employee can resign himself by depositing one month's notice or one month's salary.
4. For service increase of the employee appointed on contract, the "Annual Work Evaluation" will be done by the Controlling Officer.
Terms and conditions
1. This appointment will be subject to the final order of SLP (C) No. 19668/2022 of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of New Delhi.
2. General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment to the advertised posts and the list of selected candidates and other information related to recruitment can be seen from time to time on the district website mahasamund.gov.in.
3. It will be mandatory for all the candidates to apply through the online link recruitmentmahasamund.in. Apart from this, applications will not be accepted through any other medium.
4. During document verification, if any discrepancy/incorrectness is found in the information entered online by any candidate and the original documents submitted, then the application will be considered cancelled immediately, for which the entire responsibility will be of the candidate and a recommendation will be made for disciplinary action against the concerned candidate.
5. While applying online, the candidate should ensure to upload the self-attested required documents. 1.6 Applications received after the prescribed date and office hours will not be accepted.
6. It is mandatory for the candidate to be a native of Chhattisgarh, it is mandatory for the candidate to attach the Domicile Certificate of the concerned district issued by the competent authority.
7. Incomplete and erroneous applications will not be accepted. Every applicant should look at the instructions given in the advertisement and all the information in the application form and carefully fill the correct and complete information. If any information is given incomplete or erroneous in the application form, then the entire responsibility will be of the applicant. On the basis of error or incompleteness, the application form can be cancelled at any stage of selection without prior notice to the applicant.

Other Terms and Conditions
1. After receiving the appointment order by the contractual employee, the amount of Rs. The agreement will have to be executed on a non-judicial bond of Rs.50/-. The expenses incurred on execution of the contract will be borne by the selected candidate.
2. It will be mandatory to execute the agreement letter (contract letter) with the employer.
3. It is mandatory to fulfill all the educational and other qualifications by the date of advertisement, otherwise the application form will be immediately rejected and will be kept in the category of ineligible and no correspondence will be accepted in this regard.
4. The prescribed format will be issued at the time of inviting claim objection application. Claim objections will be accepted only in the above prescribed format. No application will be accepted after the due date for claim objection.
5. New documents after the last date of receipt of applications will not be accepted in claim objection.
6. At the time of advertisement and recruitment process, errors related to factual/clerical/vacancies/typing etc. can be rectified, the information of which will be duly published.
7. As per the appointment order, it will be mandatory to be present at the place of posting. In case of not being present at the prescribed time and place of posting, the appointment of the selected candidates will be automatically canceled.
8. The selection committee will have the right to take the final decision on any dispute and problem that may arise during the recruitment process.
9. The number of advertised posts may be increased or decreased as per requirement. The selection committee will have the right to cancel the advertised post or the entire advertisement due to special reasons.
10. It is mandatory to mention the details of all the documents attached with the application form.
