Under this, applications in the prescribed form from interested eligible candidates for the following vacant posts should be sent to the Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. are invited through registered post/speed post by 05:00 PM on 20.03.24. Applications received after the prescribed date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. Terms and Conditions
1. At the time of applying for the above posts, it is mandatory to attach self-attested photocopies of educational qualification, experience certificate, residence certificate and registration from a recognized education board/institution/university and bring the original certificate along with you.
2. The format of the application form for the advertised posts and the general conditions and guidelines regarding the recruitment of the said posts can be seen and downloaded from the district's website bilaspur.gov.in. All important information related to advertisement will be given from time to time through the district website only. Candidates should continuously visit the district website bilaspur.gov.in. No information will be sent personally to the applicant through any other means. It will be the responsibility of the candidates to observe it as per the time.
3. Applicants can apply for more than one post but separate application forms will have to be filled and submitted in separate envelopes along with the designation applied for. If 2 or more applications are found in one envelope, only 1 application will be accepted, for which no claim made by the candidate will be accepted.
4. The minimum age limit for contract recruitment will be 18 years and maximum 64 years. Age will be calculated as on 1st January of the contract year.
5. All posts are completely contractual. Which is the human resource policy issued by the National Health Mission Chhattisgarh 2018 and reservation in the context of contractual recruitment (all appointments and selection process will be as per the final order of SLP (C) number 19668/2022 of the Honorable Supreme Court, New Delhi) and other terms and conditions issued by the National Health Mission Chhattisgarh. Will be applicable as per resource policy 2018. The format of the application form for the advertised posts and the general conditions and guidelines regarding the recruitment of the said posts can be seen and downloaded on the district website http://bilaspur.gov.in. Reservation rules issued by the government will be followed.
6. Contract Honorarium: A lump sum honorarium will be payable every month during the contract service period. Apart from this, no allowance/facility will be payable.
7. If eligible, it is mandatory for the candidate to be present with the original copy and 1 set of photocopy of the following documents at the time of appearance. If the candidate is not present with the original documents, the selection will be automatically cancelled.
• 10th board exam mark list/birth certificate.
• Mark list of 12th board exam.
• Marksheet of all semesters of graduation and post graduation examination from recognized university.
• Related degree.
• Live registration certificate of the concerned council.
• Permanent caste/caste verification certificate issued by the competent authority. (Permanent caste certificate holders will be eligible)
• Domicile certificate issued by the competent authority of Chhattisgarh state.
• Disability Certificate (by Medical Board) valid.
• Experience Certificate: In the selection for all the posts, only the work experience issued by the appointing authority for the post in Central and State Government Undertaking/Government/Semi-Government posts will be accepted. For which 02 marks (maximum 10 marks) per year will be given and for the work experience related to the post, officers and employees working under the National Health Mission will be given 03 marks (maximum 15 marks) for a maximum of 5 years and every year. Only after completion of the year, experience will be calculated and given directly on the basis of multiplier.
• If all the above documents are not submitted and the documents are found false in any way or during the test or even after the appointment, the appointment of the candidate can be terminated.
8. It is mandatory to complete all educational and other qualifications (original documents) by the date of advertisement, otherwise the application form will be rejected and no claim-objection will be accepted in this regard.
9. Claim objection will be accepted or accepted by the applicants on the list issued for claim objection only within a stipulated time period. Only typographical error will be valid in claim objection. Apart from the documents submitted along with the application, no new documents will be valid.
10. The applicant must be a native of Chhattisgarh. All the candidates of the state will get equal opportunities. Residents of other states will be given the opportunity only in case natives are not available.
11. In case of not having the domicile certificate of Chhattisgarh state, the candidate will not be given the benefit of reservation and such candidates will be kept in unreserved category. 1.14 Candidates working in government/semi-government institutions should be appointed by their employer.
It will be mandatory to attach a copy of the no objection certificate issued by the officer with the application form. 1.15 Candidates must necessarily bring their identity card with them during the interview/skill test/written test.
