Post : Senior Project Associate
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad. One position of Senior Project Associate against DBT funded project entitled “Understanding the role of an Ubiquitin Specific Peptidase in the invasion and intracellular replication of the zoonotic bacterial pathogen, Brucella” PI: Dr. Girish K Radhakrishnan.
Essential qualification : Master’s degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/MVSc or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognised university or equivalent and Four years of experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services or Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology/Pharma/MD/MS from a recognized university or equivalent.
Fellowship amount : Rs. 42,000/-PM+24% HRA = 52,080/- PM as per the DST guidelines. Candidates having prior experience in working in the Biosafety Level-3 (BSL-3) laboratories with in-depth knowledge on various biochemical, molecular and immunological techniques for studying host-pathogen interaction will be preferred
