Job Description
• Experience with a broad range of analytical techniques
• Lead and manage analytical development group in daily interaction with innovation drug development customer’s effort in CMC development
• Lead analytical group in analytical method development, method validation, stability studies and other analytical functions necessary to support regulatory registration and approval
• Lead the transfers of analytical methods to QC labs as necessary, and support QC for production and product release
• Leadership abilities as well as strong hands on problem solving skills
• Participate in client and health authority audits
• Provide technical oversight, plan, coordinate; troubleshoot whenever necessary to ensure smooth progress of each project

Candidate Profile
• Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, 5 + years of experiences in Pharmaceutical CRO/CDMO industry;
• Fluent in both English
• Experience of managing analytical laboratories and people. Oversea working experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
