Post: Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to successfully manage distributors and sales partners in the assigned territory and ensures that continuous growth levels and maximum market penetrations are achieved in line with company group goals and targets.
Responsibilities
• Organize and coordinates the activities of the actual distributors in the assigned sales territory
• Conduct continuous performance evaluation for team members to identify performance gaps and to enhance product knowledge and selling skills to improve team performance
• Plan and actively searches for potential new distributors in the geographical area of responsibility
• Maintain regular contact with distributors within the area of responsibility
• Field visits to meet with distributors
• Negotiate distributors contracts
• Ensure the debts collection to guarantee the respect of the payment terms (DSO)
• Alert finance department on any financial related issue with distributors • Manage customer claims working closely with the Product Care Area
• Act as a key referee both for DiaSorin and for distributors for general technical enquiries and technical support
• Collaborate with Corporate Marketing to the launch the new products
• Provide sales training or product training to local sales partners as a cascading of the Corporate Product Training
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures
Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Specialization: Clinical laboratory, Biomedical, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy

Experience:
5+ years working experience in multinational companies
3+ years professional experience as Sales Manager/Specialist for an In Vitro Diagnostic company
7+ years in India Diagnostic Pathology Industry
Technical Competencies
- Knowledge of the laboratories’ process flow
- Familiarity with the interface of software applications and instruments platforms
- Immunoassay
Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Seasoned Experience using Microsoft Power Point, Word and Excel
- Flexibility and ability to liaise with different organizational areas and key - internal and external referees
Languages: English, local language
Additional Information:
