Job Description
Essential Function
Provide medical and scientific input for clinical trials where imaging and/or clinical data is used. Work closely with Medical Owner (MO) and project teams on medical aspects of charter and analysis application development, medical documentation and independent reviewer quality control.
Key Accountabilities
•Works closely with the MO and project teams in the following areas from a medical/scientific perspective: charter development, application development, reviewer manuals, image acquisition guidelines, criteria checklists, reader selection, and other project quality deliverables.
•Lead training of independent reviewers on the use of imaging software, analysis applications, and implementation of the review criteria.
•Performed quality control and evaluation, as necessary, of the results of the independent review and provide necessary guidance and feedback to independent reviewers.
•Assist in developing imaging parameters for specific clinical protocols to ensure standardization of imaging techniques in multi-center trials.
•Attend investigator meetings to present and train sites and clients on assessment criteria and imaging parameters.
•Work with PSG to develop analysis applications.
•Assist the MO, Bus Ops and Client Ops on Proposal Development Teleconferences (PDT), medical text for proposal and proposal review from a medical/scientific perspective.
•Coordinate appropriate training activities on relevant imaging topics for staff members, clients, and investigators.
•Participate in meetings with existing clients and/or presentations to prospective clients.
Candidate Profile
Minimum Work Experience
• Two year clinical experience or the equivalent, experience with clinical trials, Prior experience in a business environment desirable.
