Applications are invited for the position of Post-Doc Fellow (PDF) or Research Associate for 6S Pharma LLC, Industry sponsored project at Shobhaben Pratapbhai Patel School of Pharmacy & Technology Management, SVKM’s NMIMS, Mumbai.
Post: Post-Doc Fellow (PDF)
Fellowship: Rs. 54,000/- per month (consolidated pay), for the first year and revised further based on performance.
Essential Qualification:
Ph.D. in the area of Pharmaceutics/ Pharmaceutical Sciences/ Pharmacy/ Formulations/ Pharmaceutical Technology/ Industrial Pharmacy or equivalent. Ph.D. completed or Thesis submitted candidates can also apply.
Basic B.Pharm and M.Pharm degree are mandatory. GPAT qualification is desirable.
Desirable: Candidate should have sound knowledge of formulation design, development and characterization especially in the area of nanotechnology (nanoparticles, lipid based systems, parenterals etc.), lab animal handling, bio-analytical skills, advanced instruments handling, and familiarity with statistical analysis. Research driven mindset, self-motivation, excellent oral and written communication skills are highly desirable.
Title of the project: Development of multiple pharmaceutical formulations.
Duration of Project: Initially one year. Extendable up to 3 years based on performance. The post is purely temporary, but full-time and co-terminus with the project.
