Job Description

Design, develop, evaluation and iterative modification of a technical infrastructure to expedite the conduct and evaluation of clinical trials and the quantitative evaluation of the resulting data Maintain the integrity of data, data systems, projects requiring data harvest ensuring timely, relevant, accurate and consistent information use Provides oversight and assists in improving the quality of data and information as appropriate including audit of data collections process
Manage all phases of data management activities from study start and database close
Interacts with clinical team to determine protocol design, data element selection
Generate data queries based on validation checks or errors and omissions identified during data entry, improving inconsistencies and inefficiencies in processes, recommending solutions Designs forms for receiving, processing or tracking data, defines and monitors metrics modifying plans accordingly
Confer with end users to define or implement clinical system requirements such as data release formats, delivery schedules, and testing protocols
Act as independent clinical data coordinator on multiple projects
Actively review and provide feedback on study productivity
Manage and perform analyses on existing and future clinical databases

Job Specification :
Education : Any Life science graduate
Experience : 1 - 3yrs in the clinical data management role To draft the DMP ( data management plan ) Platform Medidata Query management and coding skills Ability to create edit check documents and testing Client communications Experience in handling the data migrations
