Job Description
The Case Management Clinical Team is the business process owners for clinical trial related activities, Quality Document management, and maintenance of the Argus safety database User Manual and who:
• maintain and update the Argus safety database User Manual (as changes in case processing rules change),
• maintain and update the Case Management Quality Documents with changes in process or when regulations change,
• manage a subset of clinical trial ICSRs in Argus,
• manage the reconciliation process between safety database and clinical database for company sponsored studies,
• prepare study guides for each protocol to aid in the management of clinical trial cases,
• must be able to participate as an SME in audits/inspections

Skills and Education:
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology; good communication skills, computer literacy, e.g. MS Office; Excellent oral and written skills in English; attention to detail with responsiveness to identified issues; working knowledge of the end to end clinical trial process; ability to multitask; ability to work under pressure in order to meet timelines;
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in any scientific or clinical discipline, e.g. Biology, Pharmacy, Nursing, etc.; 1-2 years global pharmacovigilance experience preferred.
