Job Description
1. Patient Experience Management:
a. Implementation of software based patient feedback in IPD & OPD.
b. CAPA for the patient feedback and recommendations.
c. Daily attendance tracking of consultant attending OPD.
d. Consultant OPD slots to be reorganized.

2. Billing & Registration:
a. Registration records of patients for OPD should be complete.
b. Cancellation bills and refund of bills to be controlled to minimum.

3. Quality:
a. Monitoring of NABH key performance indicators on monthly basis.
b. Review and Updating of OPD and Health check manual & patient instruction manual.
c. Conduct NABH audit on monthly basis and implement CAPA.

4. Special Projects:
a. Implementation of Digitization of OPD prescription letters.
b. Planning and implementation of Home sample collection services.
C. Development of HIS module for Health check patient health summary reporting.

5. MIS reporting & Training:
a. To prepare OPD tracker, consultant attendance report, waiting time of consultation- PFT- ECG on monthly basis.
b. Taking training of staff on scope of services and rights and responsibilities.
c. Generate consultant specific report of star consultants on weekly basis.
d. Generate report of Sunday OPD and sending it to senior management.
e. Reporting of MIS of IPD Operations such as : Discharge TAT and IPD Patient Feedback Report.
f. MIS generation of Total Physical and System Occupancy of Hospital on daily basis. Also updating monthly review sheet of Operation department by collecting data from all department under operations which is presented in Directors meeting on monthly basis.
