CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Technology established in 1944 has acquired considerable recognition and repute in the field of Chemical Sciences and Technology and it ranks amongst one of the top CSIR laboratories in translating basic research in to technology. During its seven decade journey, CSIR-IICT has developed globally competitive and environment-friendly technologies in Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Homogeneous & Heterogeneous Catalysis, Lipids, Coal, Biofuels, Polymers and Coatings, Fine Chemicals, Organic intermediates etc., In recent years, CSIR-IICT has shifted its focus towards transdisciplinary research networking with other R&D organizations and industry to harness the innovations in the area of chemistry, biology and allied sciences.

The Selection will be on the basis of Interview. The engagement will be initially for a period of six months/one year, which may be extended or curtailed depending on the duration of the tenure of sponsored project/satisfactory performance or conduct of the appointee, as the case may be. The engagement will be purely on temporary basis for the sponsored project and does not entitle him/her for the CSIR/IICT post/fellowship.
Eligible candidates may download the application form from our website iictindia.org and appear for Interview along with the duly filled in application form supported by Bio-data and one set of attested photo copies of Certificates of educational qualification, age, experience, caste (in case of SC/ST/OBC candidates), latest passport size photograph and the candidates are required to bring all the original certificates for verification.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
