Job Description
Job Purpose:
• To plan, develop and execute training initiatives /interventions for the FF, to impact their In-clinic Effectiveness and to impact business.
• To strengthen the coaching skills of FLSMs and help them to provide proper coaching and guidance to PS/PSOs to perform better...
• To conduct all Compliance related training initiatives in the team
• To facilitate the teams efforts towards achieving the business objectives
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accountable for conducting all initial /induction training programs of newly recruited PS/PSO
• To conduct Refresher Training Programs to the FF as per the yearly plan
• Develop metrics to evaluate impact of training programs
• To do Field Joint Work (OJT) with PS /PSO/ DMs and give feedback to RBMs and SMs. Accountable for initiating required training interventions based on the observations and recommendations.
• Report the progress of In-clinic Effectiveness of PS/PSO and coaching skills of FLSMs as per the guidelines
• Responsible for organizing POAs (Agenda, execution)
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
• Training Lead, Training team.
• Sales , Marketing and Medical teams
• Key Opinion Leaders (external customers)
Skills / Knowledge / Qualification / Experience:
BPharm or Science Graduate. MBA or a smilar professional degree/diploma in Training preferable. The candidate should have a minimum overall experience of 10 years in Sales or similar functions with atleastt 3 years in Training Funciton.
