Recruitment for Pharmacists under Office of the CMHO

Office of District Mineral Institute Trust Korba, District Korba CG. According to the administrative approval order number 240147255191, Kaurba, dated 11.03.2024, keeping in view the shortage of dentists and paramedical staff in the health institutions of the district, applications are invited for contractual appointment under the District Mineral Trust Fund item of the District Administration under the then arrangement to fill the following posts for strengthening the medical system.

Salary : Rs. 14,000/- p.m
Qualification : 1) Diploma or Degree in Drug Manufacturing (Pharmacy) registered with Pharmacy Council and
2) Valid registration with Chhattisgarh Pharmacy Council
The merit list for selection to the vacant posts will be prepared as follows
Degree/Diploma in Drug Manufacturing (Pharmacy) registered with Pharmacy Council : 85%
Experience marks for working as a Pharmacist (03 marks per full year, maximum 15 marks) : 15 marks
Bonusmarks to temporary health workers appointed in Government health institutions of Chhattisgarh state during Corona pandemic and having work experience of 06 months in a year : 10 marks

Terms and Conditions
01. The number of posts shown in the above notification may change as per the requirement. No claim of the candidates will be accepted in this regard. As per the requirement, the selection process can be amended/cancelled.
02. The received applications will be thoroughly examined and after the list of eligible-ineligible is released, the documents will be accepted till the last date of first claim-objection.
03. Except the category mentioned in column number 16 of dentist, only the residents of Chhattisgarh state will be eligible for the vacancies arising for the remaining categories of dentists and the remaining other posts.
04. It will be mandatory to submit the residence certificate issued by the competent authority regarding being a resident of Chhattisgarh state.
05. It will be mandatory for SC/ST/OBC applicants to attach a photocopy of caste certificate issued by the authorized officer/sub-divisional officer (revenue) with the application form for confirmation of caste.
06. In case candidates from reserved category are not available, recruitment will be done from the general merit list.
07. As on 01.01.2024, the age limit of the candidate should be minimum 18 years and maximum 35 years. As per letter number F 3-2/2015/1-3, Nava Raipur, dated 18.01.2024 of Chhattisgarh Government, General Administration Department, Ministry Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, local residents of Chhattisgarh State will be given relaxation of 05 years in the maximum age limit. Regarding relaxation in maximum age limit, the relaxation orders/instructions issued from time to time by the General Administration Department (CG Government) will be applicable.
08. Contractual appointment will generally be for 01 year or till the post is filled by contract/direct recruitment or till the post is filled by transfer, whichever is earlier. No notice of any kind will be issued in this regard. This appointment will be considered automatically terminated. A decision to extend the contract period can be taken on the basis of the requirement of the department and by assessing the suitability of the contractually appointed person.
09. In the above contract, monthly lump sum honorarium will be payable, apart from this no special salary, dearness allowance, house rent allowance etc. will be given.
10. The service of a person appointed on contract is completely temporary and can be terminated at any time without giving any notice.
11. After the termination of service of a person appointed on contract, the employee will not be eligible for any kind of pension, allowance or death benefit for the period of service rendered as a government servant on contract.
12. It will be mandatory to submit the relevant certificate/document for age relaxation.
13. It will be mandatory to attach a self-attested photocopy of the mark sheet of High School (10th) with the application form for the date of birth mentioned by the applicant in his application form.
14. Experience marks will be given to employees working in any government/semi-government/corporation/board on collector rate/contract/daily wage/ad hoc appointment/other contingency fund. Provided that the applicant should have a work experience certificate for the same post for which he has applied. 03 marks will be given for each complete year of experience. Maximum 15 marks are fixed for experience. It is necessary to submit a copy of the appointment order along with the experience certificate. Certificate issued by a private institution will not be valid. If required, the experience certificate will be verified from the issuing officer.
15. If any information is found to be false/fake after selection, the contract appointment will be terminated and legal action will be taken against the concerned.  16. The department/selection committee reserves the right to take the final decision on any kind of dispute arising during the selection process.

Application forms received after the last date will not be considered. Application forms will not be accepted through any other medium.
