Recruitment for D.Pharm, B.Pharm as EMT under District Health & Family Welfare Society

Application Invitation Applications are hereby invited form eligible candidates to fill up the various contractual posts under NHM for below mentioned posts under District Health & Family Welfare Society, Ambala. Posts are purely on contractual basis for fixed contract period up to 31-03-2025 and likely to be extended strictly on the performance basis or further administrative approval.

Important Instructions
1. Demand Draft of Rs. 200/-application fees in favour of "DISTRICT HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE SOCIETY AMBALA NON NHM payable at Ambala” must be attached with the application form, for each post. No cheque/cash will be accepted and the bank demand draft must be drawn between date of advertisement and closing date. Application
without fees shall be rejected
2. There will be no written test & computer test for all these posts.
3. Revised criteria of selection vide MD NHM letter No NHM/Admin/HRC-1/2022- 23/10885-905 dated 20-03-2023 will be applicable for all posts.
4. The applicants are advised to visit the website  nhmharvana.gov.in for any changes in schedule or the status of their application on website only. Applicants are advice not to visit personally in the office of undersigned or contact any person in this office for the same. Any candidate found canvassing or influencing the Selection process or approaching the selection committee or any person related to the working of this shall be disqualified and his candidature rejected immediately without giving any reason. Any person or candidate found using unfair means to influence the selection process shall be debarred from selection and his/her candidature shall be rejected.
5. If at any stage it comes to the notice of selection committee that wrong information has been provided by the candidate then his/her candidature will be cancelled and legal proceedings will be initiated against the candidate. District authorities has right to correct any clerical mistake found at later stage of recruitment process. Applicant shall not claim for such inadvertent clerical mistakes, if any.
6. Selected candidate shall not have any right for claim for Regularization of his/her services as it is purely contractual post subject to approval year after year.
7. There is no provision to allow private practice after duty times or on holidays to all the staff/officers recruited under NHM.
8. The candidates whose services have been terminated from any Govt./semi Govt./Corporate Board on disciplinary basis will not be eligible for these recruitment. Person whose inquiry pending in criminal case/FIR is lodged will also be considered as not eligible.
9. Age relaxation benefit will be given according to Haryana Govt. Reservation rules and as per MD NHM letter No. NHM/Admin/HR/2020-21/4776-98 dated 17-08-2020 (Copy Attached). It is hereby clarified that all the contractual employees, who are still working or have already rendered services under NHM, Haryana, shall be eligible for the benefit of age relaxation while applying for the recruitment qua the fresh vacant sanctioned posts approved as per ROP under NHM. The relaxation in maximum age will be admissible equal to the period he/she has worked under NHM Haryana.
10 Full particulars along with contact number, Email ID, Postal address with PINCODE, one passport size photo and self-attested copies of Educational Qualification, experience certificate, residence proof and post related eligible documents should be attached with the application form.


11 If any candidate during documents verification is found absent, his/her candidature will be cancelled without any notice. Original documents in support of academic qualifications and work experience certificate have to be produced at the time of documents verification on the given date for the same. It is strictly directed to all the candidates that they should produce all the original eligibility documents at the time of document verification. No documents will be accepted after the documents verification date.
12. Candidates applying for a post must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions on the last date of application. If it is found that applicant does not fulfill any of the eligibility condition or information given by Candidate is false or incorrect then their candidature/ Appointment will be cancelled and selection terminated. Applied for documents/fee receipt shown in lieu of relevant documents will not be considered .
13. If a Candidate has passed his/her education from Private/Deemed University then he/she has to submit UGC approved certificate duly signed by the concerned University and Course for the period of concerned year of passing.
14. Applicant can get an Application form and detailed advertisement from NHM Office, Old Civil Hospital O/o Civil Surgeon Office Ambala City and Application forms will be accepted only by hand on or before closing date of documents submission.
15. Preference will be given to the candidate residing in local area. Local area weight age only be given at the time of documents verification on producing any three documents out of six documents given below (i) Caste and Domicile certificate with address and the photo issued by the state Govt.(ii) Voter Card ID (iii) Ration Card with address (iv) Parivar Pehchan Patra (Family ID) (V) Passport (vi) Electricity Bill (not older than last three months), 3 out of these (i) to (vi), at the time of document verification. Submission of local area certificates after the date of documents verification will not accept and shall carry zero weight age.
16. Posts can be increased, decreased or withdrawn by District Authorities (Civil Surgeon, Ambala) without any further notice.
17. Performance of appointed candidate will be reviewed after every 3 months Continuation of service will be considered on the basis of performance & if performance is found unsatisfactory at any stage then said contract can be terminated.
18. Weight age of experience will be provided to only those candidates who have experience from any state Govt./ Semi Govt./ UT/any Govt. Board/Corporations. Only those experience certificate will be entertained showing salary, proper time period, dispatch Number with date, signature seal and stamp etc. it is mandatory to attach salary slip/ salary proof with application form. Appointment letter will not be considered as an experience.
19. If any candidate wants to apply for same category posts and under different programme then programme wise separate application form with respective DD is to be submitted Single application will not be considered for two separate programmes/Posts.
20. The right for final recruitment is reserved with Selection Committee, DH&FW Society, Ambala.
21. Instructions received from State HQ NHM, Haryana Panchkula , time to time or between the recruitment process will be followed accordingly.
