Qualification and Experience : Post graduate in Basic Science OR Graduate / Post graduate degree in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Zoology / Bioinformatics / Pharmaceutical Sciences selected through any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professor) and GATE.
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by MoE and its agencies and Institutions such as UGC/IIT/IISc/IISER/IIIT etc.
Period of engagement : Initially for 1 year. The position is extendable depending on the progress, performance and availability of funds.
Fellowship / Remuneration per month (Rs.) : Consolidated fellowship Rs.31,000/- p.m. + HRA (as per Govt, of India guidelines)
Job requirement : Candidate with experience in basic molecular biology techniques such as PCR, gel electrophoresis and protein purification as well as skills in bioinformatics are preferred.
