Important Points

Recruitment is to be done on the basis of merit All the candidates must fill all the details in the application form accurately and after filling the online form hard copy of the online form, original and self attested certificates (mark sheet of class 12 as per prescribed qualification, trial certificate, last year mark sheet of diploma/graduation (mark sheet of all attempts if more than 1 attempt), degree certificate, date of birth (school living), registration of concerned council, experience certificate, computer basic course certificate) Health Branch, Kheda Zilla Panchayat, Dabhan Road, Nadiad, Distt.
