DHFWS, Narnaul invites applications on the prescribe format from the eligible candidate for filling up of the following contractual vacant posts, (as approved in ROP) under various schemes of NHM Programmes in different Health Institutions of District Mahendragarh at Narnaul, as per NHM selection criteria at the Civil Surgeon Office, Narnaul, purely on contractual basis initially up to 31/03/2025.

Homeopathic Pharmacist

Under Programme : AYUSH
Essential Qualification :
(i) Unani Dispenser from any recognized University / Institution or Board or Faculty of Indian System of medicine established by Law in India
OR Up-Vaidya of any recognized University/Institution or Board or Faculty of Indian System of medicine established by Law in India, having the knowledge of Urdu; and recognized by the Government OR Two year Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy from any recognized University / Institution or Board or faculty of Indian System of medicine established by Law in India and recognized by the Government.
(ii) Two years’ experience of working as Pharmacist / Compounder in a Govt. Homeopathy Dispensary/Hospital OR Three years’ experience of working as Pharmacist / Compounder under Registered Medical Practitioner in Homeopathy (Documentary proof with respect to salary drawn will be required)
(iii) 10+2 examination should be passed with Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
(iv) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

1.The applicants should apply on prescribed Application Performa available from NHM Haryana website. The last date of submission form. (10:00 AM to 04:00 PM, Every Working Day, till last date of submission of form i.e. 26-07-2024)
2. If a candidate applies for more than one post, he/she shall have to apply on separate application form.
3. Filled applications complete in all respects along with self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates (proofs of present permanent residence and Caste/Category Certificate issued by appropriate authorities is must) should reach in the office of DH&FW Society (O/o Civil surgeon, Narnaul) by 26-07-2024 up to 04:00 PM
4. Number of posts can be increased / decreased or can be completely withdrawn without any prior information or corrigendum.
5. Wrong / incomplete information will be the disqualification and his/her candidature will be rejected straightaway without any in format ion/Not ice.
6. Applicants should fill functional and valid Email address and Mobile number that may be used for any information.
7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending Counseling, Document Verification etc.

9. Relevant post qualification Experienced candidates from any state Govt./Semi Govt./UT/any other Govt. board/Corporation/NHM, worked on full time basis will be given weightage.
10. Reservation of posts will be as per Govt, rules. All Relevant documents for seeking reservation should be issued by the competent authority as per Govt, rules. Hie candidate seeking selection under F.x servicemen category will have to deposit eligibility certificate from respective Zila Sainik Board to become eligible, issued/renewed before the last date of this advertisement.

11. Candidate can be posted/Detailed to work anywhere in the District Mahendcrgarh in case of exigencies or as per requirement.
12. The candidature of the candidate will be purely provisional for all the posts and will be subject to their satisfying the prescribed eligibility condition. If at any stage before or after Document Verification/joining duty, it is found that candidate does not fulfill any of the eligibility criteria or information furnished by the candidate is incorrect or false, his/her candidature for the post shall stand cancelled without any notice and any reference.
13. Any Degree/Diploma/Certificate required as per education qualification will be valid only if has been obtained from recognized university/board/institution/council. Selection will be Cancelled and appointment/Job will be terminated if degree/diploma is found fake/unrecognized/invalid during any time of job.
14. Person having Criminal case/FIR against them, are not eligible to apply for these posts
15. Recruitment/appointment will be done as per the latest guidelines/policy, issued by the competent authorities during the process of recruitment & up to the appointment without any corrigendum.
