Job Description
• Supervision and Team Leadership: Overseeing a team of packing operators and ensuring they adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety protocols, and production schedules.
• Operational Management: Planning and coordinating daily packing activities to meet production targets while maintaining high quality and compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, etc.).
• Equipment Oversight: Monitoring and ensuring proper functioning of packaging equipment and machinery. Addressing equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Quality Control: Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that products are packed correctly, labeled accurately, and meet quality standards. Taking corrective actions as needed to prevent packaging errors or defects.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of production activities, including batch records, production logs, and equipment maintenance logs. Generating reports on productivity, quality metrics, and any deviations from standard procedures.
• Training and Development: Providing training and guidance to packing operators on operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Supporting team members in skill development and ensuring compliance with training requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in packing operations. Implementing initiatives to enhance productivity while maintaining quality standards.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies related to packaging operations. Promoting a culture of safety and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the team.
• Communication and Coordination: Collaborating with other departments such as manufacturing, quality assurance, warehouse, and logistics to coordinate packing activities and resolve any issues affecting production schedules or product quality.
• Problem Solving: Addressing challenges and resolving issues related to packaging operations promptly and effectively. Taking proactive measures to prevent recurring problems and maintain smooth production flow

Production (OSD Packing Operator)
Job Description
• Operating Machinery: Operating and maintaining packaging equipment such as cartoners, labelers, and various packaging lines according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensuring Product Quality: Monitoring the packaging process to ensure that products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards. This includes checking for defects, proper labeling, and ensuring accurate counts.
• Adhering to Safety Standards: Following strict safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Recording production data, machine logs, and any deviations from standard procedures. This documentation is crucial for maintaining traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues with packaging equipment, which may involve performing minor repairs or notifying maintenance staff for more complex problems.
• Collaboration: Working closely with quality control, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to coordinate packaging activities and ensure smooth production flow.
• Compliance: Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements enforced by agencies such as the FDA or other relevant authorities.
• Training and Development: Participating in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment, procedures, and safety protocols.
• Continuous Improvement: Contributing ideas for process improvement and efficiency gains in the packaging operations.
• Quality Assurance: Participating in quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
