Post : Field Training Manager
Job description
- Identify training needs and Implement training programs to meet specific needs of sales team, ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures, and serve the overall company's strategic objectives
- Facilitates and conducts classroom Training Programs
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of specific training and development initiatives to ensure that they meet with sales management and company requirements and are delivered to the highest quality standards
- Support Zonal Managers and the Area Managers in determining relevant training and development needs and ways of addressing those needs .
- Promote effective training and development and good managerial behaviors by developing and maintaining teamwork and a positive climate.
- Provide On the Job Training to develop the competency of Field personnel.
- Design and deliver workshops on technical and soft skill development.
- Provide structured feedback to Managers for further reinforcemt.
- Create a talent pool.
- Coaching Coaching people to reach the next level.
Candidate Profile :
6-7 years experience in Sales and FTM in reputed pharmaceutical industry.Analytical skills,reasoning and sound product knowledge,interpersonal skills,internal and external networking and the ability to impact and influence.
