Qualification & Experience:
PH 1: M.Pharm with relevant experience of 1S-20 Years in Formulation Plant (Solid/Oral & Injectables). Experience of handling Oncology Plant is desirable.
PH2: M.Pharma/M.Sc in life Sciences, Biological or Microbiology with relevant experience of IS-20 Years in Vaccine Formulation plant.

• Yearly Production Target Planning and Delivery (OTIF) for assigned products/area.
• Yearly Plant Expense budget planning & achievement for assigned products/area.
• Shift planning for smooth functioning of operations leading to higher productivity with optimum utilization of resources.
• Ensuring stringent science based Quality standards, norms & practices, effective deployment of GMP thereby ensuring zero defect & zero customer complaint.
• Provide Leadership. Build/lead team and leverage human capital for improving their productivity, waste elimination. Budget & Cost planning and achieving operational excellence on OTIF basis through sustained continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience: Ph.D/M.Sc in Biotech/Biochemistry/Microbiology with 12-18 years of experience in sterile and Vaccine formulations OR Bulk Antigens (Biologicals)

• Yearly QC Testing plan and Delivery (OTIF) for assigned products/area.
• Yearly QC Expense budget planning & achievement for assigned products/area.
• QC/ Shift planning for smooth functioning of operations leading to higher productivity with optimum utilization of resources.
• To lead & be responsible for Overall QC department activities & results including bench operations & Implementation of QMS as per WHO cGMP and GLP norms.
PRODUCTION
1. Production Head Bulk Antigen (Vaccine) PC:PV 1

Qualification & Experience:
M.Sc Biotcchnology/Biological Science, B.TechVM.Tech in Chemical Engineenng/Biochemical engineering with relevant exp of 10-14 Years.
Job Description:
• Yearly Production Target Planning and Delivery (OTIF) for assigned products/area.
• Yearly Production Expense budget planning & achievement for assigned products/area.
• Production/ Shift planning for smooth functioning of operations leading to higher productivity with optimum utilization of resources

• Develop cost effective alternatives and improvements to production process and requirement with in/licensed process
2. Shift Incharge (Manager/Sr. Manager)
Bulk Antigen (Vaccine) - Production PC: Sl 1

Qualification & Experience:
M.Sc Biotechnology/Biological Science, B.TechVM.Tech in Chemical Engineering/Biochemical engineering with relevant exp of 06-12Yearsand should be fully capable of handling API manufacturing/Bulk Antigen end to end. Candidate with sound Technical knowledge and problem solving skills will be preferred. Should be willing to work in Shifts

• Incumbent will look after both Upstream and Downstream Processing of Antigcns/Vaccine/Biological Manufacturing as Shift Inchargc/ Supervisor.

Job Description:
• Demonstrate comprehensive leadership & management of Quality Management System (QMS).
• Design & demonstrate strong & visible support for the QMS and ensure its implementation at plant level.
• Lead & build empowered scientific based QA Teams and provide them continuous support in achieving quality output.
• Incumbent should have strong knowledge of QMS Elements aseptic work, autoclaving. QC testing cross contamination, media fills & Sterility testing.
• Should have sound understanding of Regulatory Audits, Quality Policy, Training & Complaint Mgt system, Risk analysis & Mitigation.
• Hands on Root Cause Analysis & Forensic investigation would be an added advantage.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED: The incumbent with demonstrated leadership ability & strong focus on quality, safety & efficacy of products, waste elimination. 8udgct/Cost planning Production Shift planning along with experience of successfully facing USFDA EU.UK MHRA.WHO.CDSCO Site audits, excellent understanding of cGMP & cGlP, work experience in USFDA. EU, UK-MHRA approved pharma/8iotechnology companies, problem solving approach, proven ability of leading successful team, proven ability with quality related testing issue, will be given preference.
