QUALITY CONTROL- Microbiologists
The person is responsible for performing sampling of Raw materials and Finished Goods for testing, Microbiological Testing and documentation of Raw material, in process, finished products. Should have technical knowledge of microbiological procedures of plating and counting. He/she should be aware of compliance testing to ISO and GMP standards. The knowledge of production processes related to fermentation will be added advantage. He/she should have exposure on water testing and Environmental monitoring. Should be aware of maintenance and calibration of measuring and testing equipment belonging to the QC laboratory, maintenance of culture organisms and knowledge of microbiological validations.


Qualifications
Need to have MSc Microbiology/Biotechnology
1.5-3 years of Microbiology lab experience.
Enthusiastic in taking on additional responsibilities as and when required.
Need to involve in projects and contribute as a team player.
Honest and Good in communication skills. Be able to communicate results and discuss with team and production.

Challenges
Honest and Good in communication skills- Be able to communicate results and discuss with team and production. She/ she should involve in trouble shooting of analysis and in trials. Willingness to work in shifts: 1st shift- 7:30am-4pm, 2nd shift- 11:30am
