Anand District came into existence after division of Kheda District on 2/10/1997. The District comprises of 8 Talukas, 11 municipalities and 352 village panchayats. The District is situated between 22° 6' to 22° 43' north latitude and 72° 2' to 73° 12' east longitude. Anand District is surrounded by Vadodara District in the east, Nadiad in the east and Ahmedabad District in the west. Two rivers, Sabarmati and Mahi are flowing on both sides of the District.
Under the following contract system of District Panchayat, Anand under National Health Mission for monthly high wage (non-government) posts Candidates will be interviewed on the basis of qualifications and experience by requesting applications through arogysathi.gujarat.gov.in.

General Instructions
All current openings will be displayed in this section. The candidate can apply for the desired post by clicking the "Apply" button. Once applied for a post, all the information provided by the candidate will be fixed and a Unique Registration Number will be generated. 1) Incomplete details in application or application submitted without photograph along with signature/supporting documents shall be rejected.
2) Applicants are required to provide all the mandatory information [Marked with * (asterisk) sign] in the application form.
3) The applicants shall be responsible to ensure that all the details are successfully submitted online before the closing date.
4) Applicants should ensure that the Applicant Status on Application Form is "Submitted Successfully"; Half-filled applications shall be treated as incomplete and shall be deemed to be rejected.
5) After filling all the details, there is provision for preview the details which applicants have filled in the application form by clicking on "Preview Application" button before final submission. Preview page will display all the details that Applicants have mentioned in his/ her application form. Applicants are advised to go through all the details filled for the position carefully and attentively, as after the final submission of application form, applicant shall not be able to edit and/or resubmit the application again.
6) Before final submission of online Application Form, read the declaration given on the website carefully and provide their consent on it, failing which Applicant will not be able to complete registration. Applicant must check the information details carefully before final submission of application form.
7) Once Applicants are sure with the details filled by them in the application form, they can click on "Confirm/Submit Application" button for final submission of their applications.
8) Upon successfully submitting the Application Form, applicant will receive an SMS on his/ her RMN (Registered Mobile No.) that will ensure application reference no. which can be used for future reference. Applicants can print/download his/ her application form.

After successful saving of the application form, an applicant needs to upload her/his photo and signature. The uploading of photo and signature is mandatory. Applicant needs a scanned copy of her/his recent passport size good quality color photograph and signature preferably light background whose size should be minimum 5KB and maximum 50KB in the image format like jpeg or jpg only. The applicant can upload her/his photo multiple times. Once photo uploading is done, it will automatically appear in her/his printable online application form. The applicant needs to bring her/his printed online application form containing photograph along with other supporting relevant documents, if called for Written Test/ Skill Test/Interview.

Uploading of documents is mandatory. Applicants have to upload the following documents
• Caste Certificate (If applicable) : Applicant have to upload her/his scanned copy of caste certificate. The document should be in pdf format only having size 10KB to 1 MB. Please note that original copy along with attested copy of caste certificate will have to be mandatorily produced if called for Written Test/ Skill Test/Interview.
• Essential Qualification: Applicants have to upload her/his scanned copy of the essential qualification Pass/Provisional Certificate. The document should be in pdf format only having size 10KB to 1 MB. Those who have not received any pass/provisional certificate till date, they must upload the final marks sheet of the qualification. Without this document, the candidature of the candidate is liable for rejection. Please note that original copies along with self-attested copies of all documents will be required if called for Written Test/ Skill Test/Interview.
