Ulhasnagar is a municipal town and the headquarters of the Tahsil bearing the same name. It is a railway station on the Mumbai-Pune route of the Central Railway. Ulhasnagar, a colony of migrants in the aftermath of Partition, is 43 years old. Situated 58 Kms from Mumbai, the once-barren land has developed into a rich town of Thane district. Originally, known as Kalyan Military transit camp, Ulhasnagar was set up especially to accommodate 6,000 soldiers and 30,000 others during World War II. Terms and Conditions
1) The above posts are on contract basis and the period of appointment will be for 11 months.
2) Place for accepting applications: - will be accepted for the post of Fire Department Building, 1st Floor, Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation, Ulhasnagar-3. (Dated 25/04/2022 to 28/04/2022 from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm) There will be no right of permanence in this post and government service rules are not applicable for these posts. Also, the applicant will not have the right to be included in the regular government service or to claim service protection or related claim by the government.
3) Caste verification validity certificate is required for the post of reservation. Failure to attach a certified copy of the caste verification certificate along with the application will result in disqualification.
4) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the relevant post and no criminal case should be registered against the applicant.
5) A lump sum honorarium will be paid every month for the above contract posts.

7) Preference will be given to those with experience and higher educational qualification. If there is no prescribed educational qualification then the application will be declared ineligible.
8) Pharmacist, Staff Nurse, Laboratory Testing Technician. Applications for the post of Lab Technician and Assistant Nurse Midwife (ANM) from 25/04/2022 to 28/04/2022 from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm will be accepted and eligible candidates will be called for interview. It should also be noted that the list of candidates to be called for interview will be published. Also all the information regarding this recruitment will be published on the website umc.gov.in. Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
9) Postings will be given in order of priority on the basis of merit number in the selection list. If the candidate uses any pressure mechanism in this regard, the selection of these candidates will be canceled.
10) On the day of advertisement, the maximum age limit for the post will be 38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category and if working under National Health Mission, age limit will be relaxed for 5 years.
11) Experience in Government, Semi-Government and National Health Mission will be considered in the selection process.
12) The applicant will not be able to apply for relocation as per convenience during the contract period.
13) It will be mandatory to attach registration certificate from ANM Council for the above technical posts. It should be noted that otherwise the candidates will be disqualified for scrutiny and interview.
14) Right to suspend / cancel the recruitment process / make changes in the recruitment process. Reserved at the level of Deputy Director, Health Services, Mumbai Board Thane. No one can claim this. Travel allowance or any other allowance will not be payable to the candidates present for the interview.
15) After the completion of the recruitment process, if any vacancy occurs in the future due to the resignation of the employee at any place in the future, appointment orders will be issued to the candidate on the waiting list without any new recruitment process.
