National Health Mission Financial Year 2024-25 District District's ROP According to the year 2024-25 and Human Resource Policy 2018, as per the instructions of National Health Mission letter Rank / NHM / HR / 2024/1065/2048 Nava Raipur, Atal Nagar, Raipur dated 04.11.2024, advertisement is being published for the recruitment of vacant posts of National Health Mission Limited, District General Secretary. In this scheme, hopeful applications should join online from 15.01.2025 to 04.02.2025 till 5.30 pm in office time Divyansh website govthealth.cg.gov.in/ RecRapurCont2025. Applications through any other medium or directly will not be accepted.

Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy (50%) & Registration in Pharmacy Registration Council
Age Limit
1. Minimum age for contract recruitment will be 18 years and maximum 70 years for medical post and 98 years for managerial post.
2. Age will be calculated as per the contract year dated 01 January 2025.
Contract period and contract rules:-
1. The period of contract service will be from the date of appointment to 31 March 2025. Which can be determined every year by doing annual work evaluation of employees / officers and the continuity of recommendation, contract service.
2. During the contract service period, lump sum honorarium or other amount will be payable every month as per the provisioned ROP. Apart from this, no other type of allowance / facility will be payable.
Selection process
1. After scrutiny of the received applications, the list of eligible / ineligible candidates for claim-objection, notice and other guidelines will be published in the information board of the office and the district website raipur.gov.in. It will be the responsibility of the candidate to view it. Candidates will not be given any separate information regarding recruitment through any other medium.
2. From the applications received, on the basis of vacancies as per merit, candidates as per the number given in the following table will be called for document verification/written test/skill test/interview as per the post.

If it is 1 to 10 ; 10 times the total number of vacancies advertised
If it is 11 to 50 ; 5 times the total number of vacancies advertised
3. Candidates will be required to appear with original documents and a self-attested copy along with the application form and at the time of skill test / written test / interview.
• 5th mark sheet. (Only for class IV posts and other documents for date of birth proof)
• 10th mark sheet for date of birth proof.
• 12th mark sheet.
• Mark sheet of each year of the prescribed minimum educational qualification.
• Mark sheet of the prescribed desirable educational qualification.
• It is mandatory to attach the live registration certificate of CG Council for the posts for which it is applicable.
• Permanent disability certificate issued in the prescribed format by the District Medical Board.
• Valid caste certificate by the competent authority (if applicable)
• Local resident certificate of CG state.
• Experience certificate of the relevant work, if any (if the period of experience is not clearly mentioned, the experience certificate will be rejected.)
• Identity card (Aadhar card, driving license, voter ID, passport, PAN card etc.)
4. If all the above documents are not presented and the documents are found to be false during the test or after the appointment at any time or in any way, the appointment of the candidate can be rejected.
Application related guidelines
1. This post is completely contract based, reservation and other conditions regarding contract recruitment will be applicable as per the terms and conditions of Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
2. It is mandatory for the candidate to be a local resident of Chhattisgarh. It will be mandatory for the candidate to submit the local resident certificate of the concerned district by the competent officer at the time of document verification.
3. Selection of anyone will not be ensured only by applying. The original certificates will be checked before releasing the final selection list. Further action will be taken for their selection only if found correct in it.
4. Candidates interested in recruitment in more than one post will have to apply separately for each post.
5. For the above advertised posts, experience of government institutions, semi-government and government funded institutions will be valid only. Experience must be in the relevant field / similar work nature as per the applied post. In case of any kind of overwriting in the experience certificate, it will be invalid.
5.1 02 marks per annum will be awarded for work experience related to the applied post and 03 marks per annum for maximum 05 years for work experience related to the post to the officer/employee working under National Health Mission.
5.2 As per the decision of CG State Government based on the recommendation of the committee constituted by the order number F 9-33/2021/1/5 dated 17.09.2021 of the General Administration Department, temporary health workers serving in the Government Health Institution of CG State for 06 months during the Corona pandemic will be given the benefit of 10 bonus marks for selection to the third and fourth class posts of the department.
6. It will be mandatory for the employees working in Government/Semi-Government/Private institutions to submit the No Objection Certificate of the employer of the respective institutions.
7. Changes can be made in the notified vacancies due to administrative reasons. The number of posts can be reduced/increased or the advertisement can also be cancelled.
8. If any information submitted by an applicant is found to be false after selection, the appointment made will be cancelled immediately and legal action can also be taken against the concerned person.
9. Verification of certificates will be done at the district headquarters as per the requirement. No expenses will be paid to the candidates for participating in it.
10. It is mandatory to have all the educational and other qualifications on the date of advertisement, otherwise the application will not be considered.
11. In the said recruitment process, the district level selection committee will have the right to declare the applicants eligible or ineligible on the basis of their qualification.
12. Incomplete applications will not be considered. The applicant will be responsible for this.
