To establish value of Roche Innovations, execute state plans and deliver on 3 commitments towards patients centricity
KRAs:
• Be a partner for HCPs in the territory through consultative selling
• Maintain strong connect with paramedics and junior doctors
• Support RVLs and SAPs in executing account level action plans
• Deliver on 3 commitments of value team
• Serve the State team to meet patient number goals
• Establish equity of Roche with top TAEs as an innovative organization focused on patient access
• Build strong connect and working relationships with Internal stakeholders to drive collaboration
