Job Description:
1. Managerial -Self motivation, Good communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills.
2.Behavioral-Customer service orientation, passion for delivering training, responsibility sharing and act as a facilitator to trainees.
3. Technical - Conceptual understanding of pharmacy practice and soft-skills in relation to pharmacy retail industry.
Candidate Profile:
* 1-5 years of experience into soft skill training.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Should speak Marathi language.
* Effective decision making and Creative thinking.
* Willing to travel.
