Job Description

Good hands on equipment validation
Responsible for the In process quality assurance over sight over the various activities
Preparation of new SOPs for QA department
Monitoring and verification of SCADA, CCTV and Access control system
Handling of Trainings & participate in
Review of technical directions, SOPs, Specifications and STP
To ensure the compliances of cGMP during manufacturing operations
Document issuance & control.
Physical verification of bulk at the time of receipt & preparation of checklist.
Preparation of master formula
To verify the line clearance given by production department
Supervise and verify the testing of the filter integrity, light intensity, smoke studies in classified area and its record preparation
Responsible for the in process quality assurance over sight over the various activities.
Sound knowledge of IPQA
