Job Description
The Program leader will provide leadership and guidance to a large enterprise transformation initiative.
Key responsibilities include
· Provide though leadership and guidance to global teams in delivering a large transformation initiative
· Lead Global delivery across multiple delivery centers, managing large teams
· Lead the operation team in delivering a high quality program.
· Contribute to the development and execution of the transformation solution.
· Develop operating model and infrastructure for successful scale up of the initiative
· Establish effective relationship and coordination with global stakeholders
· Meeting operational delivery targets, SLAs, quality & transformation targets
· Delivery strategies to ensure operational excellence
· People development / Retention management
· Leadership in continuous improvement and innovation
Candidate Profile
General Skills
· 15+ Years of experience
· Proven expertise in driving large scale transformation programs
· Demonstrated expertise in strategic program planning and implementation
· Domain expertise in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/CRO/BPO Industry preferred
· Very strong experience in a MNC BPO of managing a big team. Should have led a 500+ member team reporting to him / her directly.
· Looking for hands on experience in Service Delivery/Operations, Client Management, Transitions and transformation
· Exposure to P&L Management, budgetary controls for a program
· Exposure to Six Sigma, ISO, and SOX etc will be an advantage.
· Multiple client exposure on the service line would be an advantage.
· Demonstrated ability to establish collaborative relationship with formal and informal stakeholder groups to achieve program impact
· Excellent negotiation skills
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Externally focused, willingness to travel, primarily international (10-20%)
