Job description
The candidate will play an integral role in executing consultancy engagements commissioned by the organisation’s biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical clients. This will be achieved through effective collection and analysis of competitor, market and stakeholder evidence.

The candidate must be well versed in the biomedical sciences and will preferably be able to demonstrate an understanding of at least one of the main therapeutic areas and the associated clinical development or commercialisation pathway. They will be a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a creative and analytical mind who has the ability and desire to source relevant insight through secondary data analytics and human source evidence gathering. They must also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to operate effectively as part of a global team.

Candidate Profile
As an Analyst within our general practice, the primary focus will be on:
- Human Source Evidence Gathering: the majority of an analyst’s time will be spent in the collection of competitor, market and stakeholder evidence through desk-based telephone interviewing and elicitation
- Secondary Data Analytics: the sourcing, analysis and reporting of public domain information, be it scientific, clinical, commercial, corporate or market
- Medical Meeting and Conference Coverage: the coverage of key medical meetings and conferences with the objective of speaking to a wide range of delegates on predetermined topics and the attendance of key symposia, presentations, posters and booths
- Analysis and Reporting: working with other members of the project team to analyse the findings, and develop conclusions and recommendations


The candidate will spend 80% of his or her time in the local office but will be required to undertake interoffice travel, client visits and attend conferences. He or she will report to a senior executive within the Gurgaon office.
