Job description
Purpose
Responsible for leading the Creative Services Team, liaising with external communication partners and delivering high impact, powerful communications / presentation materials through translating business needs to promotional material opportunities and providing guidance to the team on creating inputs.
Key Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include the below:
1. Leading the CS Group: Define the intent, scope, goals and objectives for the Creative Services group, in the context of the Business Unit and Marketing and develop the operating model/ processes for the Creative Services team.
2. Conceptualization, development and execution of creative briefs, communications & depictions:

Lead the CS team in conceptualization of creative communications and depictions based on the creative briefs developed through collaboration within and across functions.

Provide guidance to and supervise the CS team in development and execution of the creative depictions and materials
3. Planning and Execution of Promotional Materials and Events
-
Generate promotional material and events for positioning and marketing support
-
Create materials for key stakeholders (KOLs, regulatory authorities, payers)

Drive internal branding initiatives
-
Presentation Support/Enhancement/ Messaging Refinement
4. Vendor Identification & Management: Identify, utilize and develop relationships with vendors and partners who can conceptualize and execute significantly intense communication materials.
5. Process Improvement

Scan the external environment and assess existing processes vis-à-vis external benchmarks and competitor activities

Analyze feedback from regional commercial managers and partners on marketing support

Identify process and system improvements for improving effectiveness of the marketing function

Education Qualification & Experience
Science/ Pharmacy Graduate + MBA with specialization in Marketing
9+ years of agency experience in advertising/ healthcare industry, with strong experience in the creative services domain
Key Competencies Required for the Role

In-depth understanding of the Pharmaceutical /Biotechnology domain in the emerging and mature markets
-
Ability to develop creative strategy based on in-depth scientific, clinical, and marketplace understanding throughout the product life cycle
-
Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to interact with and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work with cross functional teams

High level of service and result orientation
