Work as Technician Apprentice at Delhi Transco Limited

Delhi Transco Limited, (A Govt, of NCT of Delhi Undertaking), a State Transmission Utility, at EHV level (220kV and above) is conducting a drive to engage promising, energetic & bright candidates for Apprenticeship Training for a period of ONE YEAR under National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) administered by Board of Apprenticeship Training (BoAT), Northern Region in the following Streams.

Post : Technician Apprentice Diploma (Pharmacy)

Eligibility Criteria:-
i. Candidate must be an Indian citizen and 18 years old or above at the time of Application.
ii. Candidate must have passed requisite full time Degree/Diploma in respective cadre from a recognized University/Board in India within three years of closing date of application and medically fit as per the provisions of Apprentices Act 1961.
iii. Candidates who have undergone /undergoing / already registered in NATS contract for Training under the Apprenticeship Act elsewhere are not eligible.
iv. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.

Registration for Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) and Aadhar Seeded bank Details
The Candidate should have an active aadhar seeded bank account and same should be DBT enabled for Direct Benefit Transfer as per Govt, of India norms. The same details should be submitted in the online application by candidates while applying. The name and Date of Birth of the Applicant should be the same as in the Matriculation (10th class), Aadhar Card and in Bank account).

General Instructions to the Aspiring Candidates
1) The aspiring candidates shall register as "STUDENT" in the Apprenticeship portal nats.education.gov.in and must bring the copy of that registration form.
2) Apprentices will be governed by reservation rules as applicable in DTL & Govt, of NCT of Delhi.
3) No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates who are attending the walk-in selection.
4) After completion of Apprenticeship Training, the Apprenticeship contract will be terminated and there will be no obligation on the part of DTL to offer any employment.
5) Applications will be screened based on the merit according to the eligibility criteria and prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trade and the number of Training slots notified in the advertisement.
6) Apprentices are entitled for 08 days Casual Leave and 10 days of Medical Leave on Medical illness grounds on pro-rata basis for one year of Apprenticeship duration.
7) Stipend of Rs. 9000/- per month for Degree holders & Rs. 8000/- per month for Diploma holders will be paid for 12 months of Training. In the stipend amount 50% will be paid by DTL and remaining 50% by Board of Apprentice Training Scheme (BOAT) NR, Govt, of India through DBT directly in registered bank account of Apprentices.
8) Misconduct in any form will result in disqualification.

9) Selection is based on Merit basis of eligible qualifying course.
10) The candidates shall report to the venue along with duly filled application form available on DTL website dtl.gov.in & following original documents with one set self-attested photo copy and two recent passport size colour photograph. 10th/12th Marks sheet.
Degree/Diploma certificate/Provisional Certificate.
All semester mark sheets in case of marks are in GPS/CGPA University guidelines for converting GPA/CGPA to Percentage.
iv. Valid PAN Card.
v. Valid Aadhar card.
vi. Bank Account details/Cancelled Cheque etc. (DBT enabled account details).
vii. Reserved category applicant must produce Caste/PWD Certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
viii. Details of registration in NATS Portal.
11) Delhi Transco Limited shall not entertain any claims of injury/accident, theft and other natural calamity or any other loss inflicted during the course of Apprenticeship Training.
12) Delhi Transco Limited reserves the right to amend the Terms & conditions at any time. Apprentices will be notified of any changes via email or official communication channels. The decision of DTL will be final and binding.
13) Delhi Transco Limited reserves the right to cancel, increase/decrease no. of candidates for engagement of Apprentices. Other T&C will be as per DTL rules & as per Terms & conditions of Board of Apprentice Training (NR)/Apprentice Act 1961 as amended till date.
14) Any corrigendum/addendum etc. with regard to this advertisement shall be made available on our website https://dtl.gov.in and NATS portal. Candidates are thus advised to visit regularly our website/ NATS portal regularly for any such update.
15) DTL will not communicate to any applicant with respect to their non-selection.

Guidelines and Acceptance
1. The Apprentice shall be governed by the Rules & Regulation of Delhi Transco Limited.
2. Engagement of Apprentice Trainee is for a period of one year from the date of Joining.
3. Stipend will be paid to Apprentice Trainees as per norms of Board of Apprenticeship Training.
4. Apprentices are entitled for 08 days Casual Leave and 10 days of Medical Leave on Medical illness grounds on pro-rata basis for one year of Apprenticeship duration.
5. Apprentice Trainees engagement as trainee in the Company does not confer any right for employment within/after training period of one year.
6. Trainees will be governed by provision of Act for termination of the contract before completion of the training period of one year.
7. The term of contract will automatic stand terminated on completion of one year Training for which no separate notice will be issued.

8. Apprentice Trainees are not covered under provision of Provident Fund Act.
9. Apprentice Trainees are out of ESI as they are not Employees of the Organization.
10. Apprentice Trainees are requested to kindly keep the record of Apprentice Training and their attendance, also submit the same to Training Department on monthly basis.
11. Apprentice Trainee will neither claim any employment nor shall be provided any remuneration, TA/DA and accommodation.
12. Apprentice Trainee will be under direct supervision of concerned In-charge and will report directly to concerned In-charge. During visit to work site/switch yard trainee will abide instruction & in no case visit work site/switchyard without prior intimation of concern In-charge.
13. In case of any accident/Mishappening, Delhi Transco Limited will not be responsible & no compensation shall be provided for same.
14. Apprentice Trainee will exhibit full devotion/punctuality/keenness to learn & in case it was reported that it lack these attribute & causing hindrance in work. The training will be terminated without any notice.
15. Apprentice Trainee shall submit their attendance after every month duly singed by officer of the level of Assistant Manager & above, at the address mentioned below:-
